Stepping outside our walls to worship in the community
St. Peter's experiences worship in a very big way with Church Without Walls. As a congregation we reach out to Katy and the world by going into the community as well as working right here on our campus to help others through a variety of activities. Instead of sitting in a pew on Church Without Walls Sunday, we step outside our walls and worship God with our whole bodies, serving as His hands and feet in this world and touching the lives of people who may not be blessed, as we are, to worship each week.
You may want to consider having your Sunday School class or small group sign up for the same work site so you can worship together. You will need to register individually, however.
There are several ways you can donate to this awesome community worship event. Please consider supporting CWOW with a donation (either monetary or material). You, your family or your class could make a donation, sponsor a project in part or in whole, or provide snacks/drinks for some of the outdoor work projects. To donate, please contact Jeff Campbell or call the church office at 281.492.8031.
Please look over the project list and prayerfully select one for you and your family to participate in. Many of the smaller projects can take only a limited number of volunteers. They will close once they reach their limit, so sign up early to get your first choice. Please visit the Missions Ministries table on May 6 for more information and to get registered.
